Jesus christ 4t do not like back pressure. The baffles/insert in exhaust are mostly there as an anti reversion device due to the loss of exhaust velocity from opening them up. Alot of bikes now run a longer header pipe or anti reversion chamber.

Is it okay to run about 110 to 115 sag for off-road riding? If so should I raise forks in the triple clamps? Any other adjustments?

What other chain adjuster blocks will fit that model bike? They dont make aftermarket blocks for that year 96-01 checked EVERYWHERE. any advice ?? Maybe something from a different bike?

Ktms are so shit lol. Working on a 350 now that will start sometimes and run but then sometimes wont. Buy a honda or a yamaha people.
